The sample bottles
The bottles look wet inside. DO NOT worry about these small droplets.
It is an inhibitor agent to keep the inside of the bottle free of bacteria and neutralise the chlorine in the water sample.

How to return the samples

Place all the bottles in the small A4 box envelope or jiffy bag, provided and then place the box in the prepaid plastic envelope, pull off the seal and stick down.
If you wish you can use parcel tape to secure the package but normally the seal is very good at sealing the pack.
Take the package to your nearest post box before the final daily emptying of the post box.
If you miss the last "pick up" please store the box in a cool place over night like a fridge, do not leave in direct sun light or in a car.  Post the following working day including Sat am. (not on a Sunday)
Take the pack to any Pillar box, super market posting station or Post Office.
Post the pack into the box its all prepaid and it does not require to be given to Post Office Counter services (you can post, at a Post Office to receive a receipt of posting)
The special delivery package will be received by the lab the following day
